GVim: changing DOS style end of line to UNIX, or vise-versa

How to use GVim to change DOS style end of line to UNIX, or vise-versa?
To save the file in DOS style:
:set fileformat=dos
:w
To save the file in UNIX style:
:set fileformat=unix
:w
